PRAVARDHAN FOUNDATION

Drill a Bore well

We partner with local villagers to drill borewells in communities in desperate need of life sustaining water. We have trusted partners in the country who test the land for the best possible location. Drilling a community bore well can provide water for hundreds of people, having a huge impact for those in need.

Supply water to a family

Every day, we have access to clean water through our water Bore wells, families those who are struggling for drinking water can reach our water wells and fetch fresh and clean water in pots to fulfil their household needs.

Build a water tank

Many impoverished families do not have access to water and some live miles away from a water source. Some children can’t go to school regularly because they carry water, making many trips and carrying small amounts at a time. Building a water tank can solve this problem permanently.

Partner with us to give
the blessing of clean water.

Water is the world’s most basic resource. So many struggle daily to provide clean water for their families. 50% of the developing world’s hospital beds are filled with people suffering from water-related diseases. INDIA with the planet’s second largest population at 1.3 billion, and expectant growth to 1.7 billion by 2050, finds itself unable to serve the vast majority of that populace with safe, clean water. Even with a robustly growing middle class, when combining rural and urban populations, over half of India still lives at or below the poverty level. Furthermore, no city in India can provide clean, consumable tap water full-time unless we save water. Our Safe water program focuses on obtaining and storing clean drinking water to serve the community as well as individual families.

ORPHAN CARE

We believe God calls us to care for orphans and those who cannot care for themselves. Every child deserves a home. Not just for food and a place to sleep, but for safety and family atmosphere. But sadly, Abandoned Children Rise By 25% Since 2020. The number of such children, which was 4,521 in 2020-21 and 5,106 in 2021-22, rose to 5,663 in 2022-23, according to the data shared by the Women and Child Development. Many children in India are orphans as a result of parents not being able to pay for them, or the child escaping a dangerous situation. With more than half of the country living in poverty, many parents abandon their children instead of attempting to care for them, with millions of orphans in India, scavenging on the street, there are countless dangers that can affect them. Trafficking is the most dangerous one as unprotected children are big targets for exploitation. With the brutal situation of orphans in India, Pravardhan Foundation is trying to make the situation better, we mobilize the local Churches to list out the number of vulnerable children in their areas. With the support of church leaders, we are now providing monthly provisions to the churches to feed the vulnerable children. This method reduces the cost of constructing buildings or renting orphan homes, staff salaries etc..
