Donation Refund Policy
Pravardhan Foundation is committed to maintaining transparency and responsible practices in handling donations received for its charitable and community welfare activities.
1. Donations
Donations made to Pravardhan Foundation are intended to support the Foundation’s charitable activities and programs, including assistance to vulnerable and underserved communities.
2. Refund Requests
Because donations are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable activities, donors should carefully review the amount and details before completing a donation.
If a donor has made a donation by mistake, made a duplicate payment, or believes an incorrect amount has been charged, the donor may contact Pravardhan Foundation as soon as possible with the relevant transaction details.
3. Refund Review
Each refund request will be reviewed individually. Where a refund is considered appropriate, Pravardhan Foundation will make reasonable efforts to process it through the applicable payment method, subject to the payment provider’s procedures and applicable laws.
4. Razorpay Payments
For donations made through Razorpay or another online payment service, the Foundation may need to verify the transaction details with the payment provider before processing a refund.
5. FCRA Donations
Foreign contributions are accepted and handled in accordance with applicable FCRA requirements. Donors making foreign contributions may contact the Foundation through the FCRA contact information provided on the Donation page for appropriate instructions.

Pravardhan Foundation values the support of donors, volunteers and other well-wishers who contribute to our charitable and community activities.
This Cancellation Policy applies to donation-related cancellation requests.
Cancellation of a Donation
A donor who wishes to cancel a donation should contact Pravardhan Foundation as soon as possible after making the contribution.

Processing of Cancellation Requests
If a cancellation request is received before a donation has been processed or transferred for the intended charitable purpose, Pravardhan Foundation will review the request and, where reasonably possible, take appropriate action.
Once a donation has been processed, transferred, or committed toward a charitable activity or project, cancellation may not always be possible.
Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable requirements.
Online Donations
Where a donation is made through a third-party payment service, cancellation or refund may also be subject to the terms and procedures of that payment provider.
If a payment has been processed through a third-party service, Pravardhan Foundation may need to coordinate with the payment provider to verify the transaction and process an eligible request.
International Contributions
For foreign contributions received under applicable FCRA requirements, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and the procedures governing the relevant contribution.
Donors making international contributions are encouraged to contact the Foundation before initiating a transfer if they require clarification about the appropriate donation process.
No Cancellation of Completed Charitable Activities
A contribution that has already been appropriately utilized for a charitable program, community activity or project cannot normally be cancelled after the funds have been used for that purpose.
Pravardhan Foundation seeks to use contributions responsibly and in accordance with its charitable objectives.
